Pricing is determined by the amount of materials used and the estimated time, the style desired takes to complete.

Once a design and price has been confirmed, full payment is required before any item is made.

A secure paypal invoice will be emailed to you. Once full payment is received an estimated shipping date will be provided.

Normal completion times are 3 - 4 weeks.

All custom hand made pieces are non-refundable. Due to their intimate nature all earrings are non-refundable.

Hand made pieces contain small materials and may contain small pieces of exposed wire; children should not be allowed to play with any hand made piece.

Should your item be damaged upon receipt, a photo must be emailed within 24 hours and the item shipped back within 48 hours for repair.

An event date is to be provided for all orders.
